Yannick Borde

Yannick Borde serves as the Délégué départemental for Horizons in Mayenne since April 2023, having been an active member since the party's inception in October 2021. Additionally, Yannick has been the Directeur Général of GROUPE PROCIVIS OUEST IMMOBILIER since June 2008, overseeing operations in real estate, both in social and private sectors. As President of PROCIVIS and Crédit Immobilier de France since 2012 and 2013 respectively, Yannick has led initiatives for social property access and housing finance. Yannick was elected Mayor of Saint-Berthevin in 2003 and served as Vice-President of Laval Agglomération, focusing on economic and technological transition until July 2021. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Conseiller Général for the Mayenne department from 2011 to 2015 and as Directeur Général at Groupe CIM from 1993 to 2008. Yannick holds degrees in Management Immobilier from ESSEC Business School and in Economic Sciences from Nantes Université.
