Most commercial cleaning focuses on appearance.
What I focus on is risk, compliance, and asset protection.

At ProClean Services Group, I specialise in large-scale concrete environments and commercial pressure cleaning, helping asset owners, body corporates, and facility managers meet their WHS and public liability obligations—while keeping their sites safe, functional, and presentable.

Concrete isn’t just a surface.
When it’s contaminated with mould, algae, grease, or built-up grime, it becomes a slip hazard, a liability exposure, and a maintenance issue that compounds over time.

That’s where I come in.

What I Do

I work across:
- Large external concrete environments (car parks, walkways, forecourts, loading zones)
- Commercial buildings and strata assets
- Smaller commercial sites that still carry public access and risk exposure

My approach combines:
- Professional pressure and soft-wash systems
- Correct chemical application for mould and biological growth
- Risk-focused cleaning processes (not cosmetic-only washes)
- Clear documentation and scope alignment for asset managers and owners

Why Clients Engage ProClean

Clients don’t engage me just to “clean concrete”.
They engage me to:
- Reduce slip and fall risk
- Protect themselves and asset owners from liability claims
- Extend the life of concrete and hard surfaces
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to WHS compliance

I also understand the commercial reality: assets need reliable contractors who show up, communicate clearly, and don’t create new risks while trying to remove old ones.

Who I Work With:
- Asset Managers
- Facility Managers
- Cleaning Companies
- Body Corporates
- Commercial Property Owners
- Businesses responsible for public-facing concrete areas

If you’re responsible for a site where people walk, drive, load, or access daily — and concrete safety matters — that’s where ProClean adds value.
