Tom Mee

Tom Mee is a seasoned professional in executive search and advisory with extensive experience in technology recruitment within the commodities sector. As Head of Practice at Proco Group from September 2021 to August 2024, Tom led the global trading technology practice, providing strategic advice to leading trading houses and hedge funds. Prior to this role, Tom served as VP of Technology & Digital at Commodity Appointments Ltd, focusing on EMEA leadership mandates. Tom co-founded Redimeer, a technology recruitment agency, and successfully scaled the business within 18 months. Previous positions include management roles at Michael Page and Venn Group, where Tom specialized in technology recruitment. Tom began a career in customer service as a Relationship Manager at Stoke Park. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business Management from Leeds Beckett University.
