Vicky Brentnall is an operations and product lead with over 15 years of experience in digital change, product management, and operations. They have held significant roles in various organizations, including serving as Adviser Service Director at Vitality and as a Campaign Manager at Lloyds TSB Bank. Currently, Vicky is a Non-Executive Director at BrandPipe and a Director of Transformation at Procode. They are dedicated to driving innovation and fostering an environment of psychological safety to optimize team performance and customer experience. Vicky holds a degree in Population Sciences from the University of Southampton and is a certified Scrum Product Owner.
