Thomas Dybro

Thomas Dybro has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Thomas is currently working at ProCon Group, where they hold the position of Head of Project Development. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Construction, Projects & Internal Engineering at the same company. Thomas also worked as a Senior Project Manager at ProCon Group. Before joining ProCon Group, they worked at SVANEHØJ - a Svanehøj Group company as a Project Manager. Thomas has also held the position of Project Manager at Bladt Industries A/S, where they assisted the Head of the project in project management and supported the project team in various tasks. Thomas worked as a Project Manager at Lindpro, primarily focusing on projects, with NORDSTJERNESKOLEN being one of their notable projects. Earlier in their career, they served as a Workshop Manager at Hans Jensen Lubricators A/S, where they were responsible for the in-house fabrication of electrical control systems. Thomas also worked as a Supervisor and Site Manager at FLSmidt Airtech, where their main tasks involved the erection and installation of air pollution control systems, specifically electrostatic precipitators (ESP). Thomas Dybro began their career as a Marine Engineer Trainee at Vattenfall.

Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Maskinmester / Marine Engineer from Martec, Frederikshavn, from 2004 to 2007. In June 2014, they completed The FIDIC Training Course offered by HjulmandKaptain. Thomas also obtained certification in Nullifire - Brandtætning af installationsgennemføringer from Scandi Supply in April 2012.
