Robert Owens

Robert Owens has a diverse and extensive work experience. Robert most recently served as the Vice President of Sales at Proconex, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Proconex, including Vice President - Valves and Equipment and General Manager positions. In these roles, they were responsible for managing P&L, developing account and market strategies, and achieving sales and profit goals. Robert also had the additional responsibility of overseeing Atlantic Valve Services, an ASME certified safety valve assembler and repair center. Before joining Proconex, Robert worked as the Vice President - Sales at North American Machine Works, Inc. from July 2004 to October 2015 and as a Sales Engineer at Tri-State Technical Sales from 2000 to July 2004.

Robert Owens completed their education at Duke University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1986 to 1990. Robert further pursued their studies at Duke University and earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1990 to 1992. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Leadership Development Program (LDP)® from the Center for Creative Leadership in January 2020.
