Rui Marques

Rui Marques has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rui began their career as a Project Engineer at Eskom in 1994 and later became a Power Plant Co-Ordinator from 2003 to 2005. Rui then worked at Kentz as a Lead Project Engineer - Instrumentation from 2008 to 2015. Currently, they hold the role of Principal Technologist at Proconics, where they started in November 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Principal Instrumentation Designer at Proconics from 2015 to 2019.

Rui Marques completed a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from VUT between 1990 and 1992. Prior to that, they attended HTS Carel de Wet from 1983 to 1987, specializing in Instrumentation and Control.
