Ben Herbert

Ben Herbert is a seasoned patent and trade secret misappropriation trial lawyer and a partner at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP, where they assist clients with intellectual property issues through both counseling and litigation. Ben has a proven track record of achieving significant jury verdicts and is currently expanding the firm's IP practice to include patent and technical trade secret capabilities. Previously, they were a partner at Kirkland & Ellis, where they played a pivotal role in securing over $1.5 billion in jury verdicts and co-led the IP practice at Miller Barondess. Ben holds a JD with an Intellectual Property Certificate and a BA in Molecular Cellular Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
