Brett Garrison

Brett Garrison is currently a Senior Counsel at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP, where their practice focuses on patent litigation, including cases related to the pharmaceutical, biologics, and medical device industries. Prior to this role, Brett worked as an Intellectual Property Associate at Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP from 2014 to 2022. Brett earned a J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 2014 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from New York University, which they received in 2009. Brett also gained experience through internships at Lipospectrum, LLC and The Humane Society of the United States in 2012.
