Mindy Morton is an accomplished internet and intellectual property litigator and trial attorney, currently serving as a partner and leader of the Trade Secrets and Healthcare Practice Groups at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP. Their extensive experience includes notable litigation roles at Cahill Gordon & Reindel, Fenwick & West, and Bergeson LLP, where Mindy successfully handled significant cases and jury trials, including a landmark decision in trade secret litigation. Mindy holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Doctor of Law from Yale Law School.
