Bill Fleming

Bill Fleming is the SVP, Corporate Controller at Procore. Prior to joining Procore, Bill spent 11 years at EY, where they delivered audit, accounting, tax and advisory services to Fortune 250 multinational corporations and emerging growth companies, primarily in the semiconductor, mobile apps, software and IT services industries. Bill has a wealth of experience handling technically challenging accounting matters and SEC reporting issues such as acquisitions, income taxes, revenue recognition, investments, debt transactions, registration statements, 10K filings, IT system integrations, post retirement obligations, shared-based compensation and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Bill has also coordinated multiple services on a global basis, including services performed by audit, tax, valuation, IT, actuary and benefit plan specialists.

At EY, Bill also managed multiple large scale projects involving 150 people in more than 10 countries. In addition, they helped lead audit quality efforts, including PCAOB inspection support. Bill also worked with EY's professional practice office on complex technical accounting issues and advised clients on emerging accounting, tax and other business topics. Furthermore, Bill served on EY's Americas People Advisory Forum, which advised Americas leadership on strategic initiatives. Lastly, they helped lead EY recruiting efforts at UT and SMU.

Bill Fleming has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. Bill is certified by the Texas Society of CPAs as a Certified Public Accountant.
