Dong Yue currently serves as the Data Engineering Manager at Procore Technologies, leading the Database Team since March 2021. Previously, Dong worked as a Staff Data Engineer and later as a Senior Big Data Engineer at Expedia Group, where the focus was on building scalable data solutions for advanced analytics using cloud technologies. Prior experience includes a Senior Software Engineer role at Everi Holdings Inc., where a distributed online game system was developed on AWS, and similar positions at Informatica and the University of Texas at San Antonio, contributing to advanced software and algorithm development. Dong holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
