Previously, Ernesto held roles such as Manager of Customer Success Operations and Consultant at INGENIOUS.BUILD and Gordian, respectively. Ernesto’s earlier career includes positions at Pepper Construction Group and Development Solutions, where they focused on project management and software integration. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Bradley University and continue to expand their knowledge through Trailhead by Salesforce.
