Gretchen Riedel

Gretchen (Lynn) Riedel is the VP of Customer Success at Procore Technologies, building on their extensive experience in customer experience management, including a notable role as VP at Levelset prior to its acquisition by Procore for $500M in 2021. Previously, they served as a Customer Success Manager and Director at zlien, and held various positions in public relations and account management with organizations like Heritage Ranch and NOW Magazine. They are also involved in mentorship through Tulane University's Women in Tech program and Venture For America. Gretchen is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Louisiana State University.
