Hannah Wise has extensive experience in customer success management, currently serving as a Manager at Procore Technologies since May 2019, where responsibilities include leadership roles focused on enterprise and major clients. Prior to Procore, Hannah held the position of Customer Success Manager at Trading Technologies from February 2018 to May 2019, providing solutions for trading professionals. Before that, Hannah worked at Alpha Theory from December 2015 to February 2018, where the focus was on client relationships and project management in a SaaS environment. Hannah holds a Master’s Degree from New York University and a Bachelor's Degree in Music from the University of Oregon.
