Hemendra Pal

Hemendra Pal is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and product development, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Procore Technologies since August 2024. Prior to this role, Hemendra held positions as Advisor & Interim CTO/CPO at a stealth startup and Chief Technology & Product Officer at Encompass Technologies in 2023. From September 2021 to July 2023, Hemendra was Chief Product & Technology Officer at Thinkproject, overseeing product strategy and engineering. Hemendra's career at Oracle spanned over a decade, where responsibilities included leading global engineering as GVP of Product Development for the Construction & Engineering Global Business Unit, as well as building a 250-member team at the Oracle Primavera global development center. Hemendra holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur and completed an Accelerated Executive Insights program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
