James Hootman

James Hootman, CPP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PMI-ACP, is a seasoned payroll leader with over 20 years of leadership experience. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Payroll at Procore Technologies, Hootman is recognized for coordinating diverse payroll teams and implementing innovative infrastructure improvements. Prior experience includes roles at Pfizer and Amgen, where Hootman focused on payroll leadership and vendor performance. Hootman also contributed to Ceridian's Managed Services and led significant improvements at PwC. Hootman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Eckerd College and is pursuing Human Resources Management at Villanova University.
