Jamie Rigsby

Jamie Rigsby currently serves as the Head of Global Performance Engagement at Procore Technologies, a role begun in January 2024. Prior to this, Jamie held positions at Zscaler as the Head of Global Talent Management & Assessment and at Dell Technologies in multiple roles, including Director of Global Talent Management and Global HR Business Partner for Cloud and Digital/Commerce. Jamie's extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and human resources has been developed through previous roles with BuildASign.com, HomeAway.com, and TEKsystems, with a foundational background in education as a Communication Instructor at Texas State University. Jamie holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Organizational Communication from Texas State University.
