Katie Power currently serves as a Customer Success Manager, Strategic at Procore Technologies since April 2015, with a focus on optimizing customer experiences, addressing customer issues, and advocating for feature requests on the product roadmap. Prior to Procore, Katie Power worked as a Program Assistant at Food Forward, coordinating backyard harvesting programs, and as a Water Take 1 Project Intern at Ventura Water, managing social media for a film contest on water. Additionally, Katie Power gained experience as a Park Guide at Channel Islands National Park, where responsibilities included revising presentations and outreach to local organizations. Katie Power earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science Resource Management from California State University Channel Islands between 2009 and 2014.
