Keith Baker

Keith Baker is a Service Application Engineer at Procore Technologies since February 2023, previously serving as a Senior System Analyst at Sanford Health from December 2006 to March 2023. At Sanford Health, responsibilities included the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday Payroll and Symplr Time and Attendance Systems, supporting over 50,000 individuals across 38 states, as well as creating reports and analytics using PRISM datasets. As Director of Payroll Systems and Operations, Keith ensured the timely delivery of a multi-billion-dollar payroll and implemented process improvements and automation to decrease operating costs. Additional roles included Enterprise Manager for the IT Service Desk, IT Project Manager for HR and Payroll, and LMS Administrator. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from South Dakota State University, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
