Lucy Demir

Lucy Demir is a Strategic Product Consultant at Procore Technologies since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in project management and cost estimation within the construction industry. Previous roles include Estimator II at Kast Construction, where responsibilities involved developing cost estimates for projects ranging from $10 million to $150 million, and Cost Estimator II at Flintco, LLC, managing budgets from $2 million to $80 million. Lucy has also served as Project Manager at Goodman Realty Group, overseeing significant projects with budgets up to $153 million, and has a foundational background in project management from Executive Construction Inc. and Jones Lang LaSalle. Lucy holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Florida, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, and a Certificate in Product Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
