Marlene Nicolas

Marlene Nicolas currently serves as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Procore Technologies, overseeing global litigation, employment, ethics, and compliance since August 2020. Prior to this role, Marlene held the position of Expert Counsel at Mattel, Inc., where responsibilities included heading global employment, ethics, and compliance from January 2018 to August 2020. Marlene began a legal career at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, progressing from Associate to Partner in the Labor & Employment and Litigation departments from September 2006 to January 2018. Marlene earned a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School and a Bachelor's degree from Boston University.
