Matthew Taylor Day has extensive experience in customer service and technical operations, beginning with roles at ACE Hardware as Assistant Manager from 2005 to 2008, followed by a position as Front End Supervisor at The Home Depot from 2008 to April 2011. After a brief tenure at Apple from April 2013 to 2018 in various roles including Lead and Creative, Matthew returned to focus on technical support and management at Procore Technologies, serving as Manager of Technical Advising, Technical Coach, and Customer Support Manager until June 2021.
