Paul Kafadar

Paul Kafadar is a seasoned legal professional specializing in technology, product, and intellectual property law. Currently serving as VP and Associate General Counsel at Procore Technologies since August 2018, Kafadar leads a team that collaborates with Product & Technology to encourage innovation and develop customer-centric products. Prior experience includes roles at Sonos, Inc. as Senior Director and Associate General Counsel, where Kafadar contributed to the development of a significant patent portfolio, and as Director of Litigation. Additionally, Kafadar held a Senior IP Counsel position at McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP, providing strategic IP advice and managing complex litigations, and began a legal career as an Associate and Law Clerk at the same firm. Kafadar's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Northwestern University.
