Ron Hovsepian

Ron Hovsepian has served on our board of directors since December 2025. Ron is Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Skillsoft, an educational technology company, a position he has held since April 2024. From September 2020 to January 2024, Ron was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Indigo Ag, an agricultural technology company. From October 2018 to January 2021, Ron served as an Executive Partner at Flagship Pioneering, a venture capital firm focused on healthcare. Previously, in 2017, Ron served as Chief Executive Officer of Synchronoss Technologies, a telecommunications software and services company. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Intralinks Holdings, a global provider of collaboration solutions and virtual data rooms, from 2011 to 2017. Prior to Intralinks, Ron held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Novell, a software and services company, from 2006 to 2011, and President and Chief Operating Officer from 2005 to 2006. Prior to Novell, from 2000 to 2003, Ron worked in the venture capital industry. He started his career at IBM, spending approximately 16 years there and serving in several executive positions.

Ron currently serves on the board of directors of Skillsoft. Previously, Ron served on the board of directors of Ansys, an engineering simulation software company (including, at various points, as chairman, lead independent director, and non-executive chairman), Pegasystems, a cloud software company, ANN, a woman’s clothing retailer (including as non-executive chairman), Synchronoss, Novell, and Intralinks. Ron holds a B.S. from Boston College.
