Prior to this position, Ruby worked as an Operations Assistant at Procore Technologies and held the role of Corporate Human Resources Receptionist at Reiter Affiliated Companies, where exceptional customer service and support for HR functions were key responsibilities. Ruby's background also includes serving as an Administrative Professional at Linares Design, overseeing financial transactions for an architectural drafting service, and managing office operations at Red Mountain Consulting. Ruby holds a degree in Administration of Justice from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate's degree in Criminology from Cerritos College.
