Sarai Ashley

Sarai Ashley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and enablement, currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations & Enablement at Procore Technologies since January 2021. Prior to this role, Sarai founded Floam and held senior management positions at Clutter and NEXT Trucking, where notable achievements included establishing programs that improved customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Sarai also has valuable experience from Amazon as a Transportation Manager and Operations Manager, where various initiatives led to increased productivity and cost savings. Educationally, Sarai holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Liberty University and is pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership, along with several certifications in leadership and communications from prestigious institutions.
