Scott Rylander is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Manager, People Partner at Procore Technologies since April 2025, Scott previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at BigCommerce from September 2019 to April 2025. Prior to that, Scott was the Head of Human Resources at Social Solutions (now Bonterra) for a brief period in 2019 and served as Director of Human Resources at Web.com from February 2014, successfully managing talent acquisition and development before Web.com acquired Yodle in 2016.
