Sharmishtha (Simi) Gupta is an accomplished engineering executive with a proven track record in AI innovation and hyper-growth within the SaaS industry. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Engineering at Procore Technologies, Simi leads a team of over 150 engineers while establishing strategies for long-term growth. Previously, Simi held various roles including Engineering Manager at Gracenote and Director of Engineering at Procore, where they successfully scaled teams and drove significant customer growth. Simi also contributes as a Board Advisor at RipeMetrics and has served on the Board of Directors for We Care Services for Children.
