Stacey Sims

Stacey Sims, LMFT, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Staff Recruiter for US and Canada at Procore Technologies since October 2021, following a tenure as Talent Acquisition Manager at Bluebeam, Inc. from October 2018 to October 2021. Stacey's extensive experience in talent acquisition includes managing recruitment at UCLA Health, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing a team of recruiters to leading large HR initiatives. In addition to human resources roles, Stacey has a background in marriage and family therapy, having worked in various counseling positions, including at the Private Practice of Dr. Beth Staehling and as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at organizations such as CLARE Foundation and Citrus Counseling Center. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary.
