Susan Call, MS, CEP, is a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in SaaS platform strategy and international user experience. They have over two decades of experience overseeing cross-functional teams, managing product strategies, and delivering innovative solutions in the Video-On-Demand industry. Currently at Procore Technologies, they focus on international markets while previously holding senior positions at Ericsson and E*TRADE. Susan holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems with an emphasis in eCommerce from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia.
