Susan Chen

Susan Chen is a data analytics professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and financial analytics. Currently serving as Director of GTM Analytics at Procore Technologies since February 2021, Susan has held multiple leadership roles including Director of Finance Analytics & Corporate Reporting and Senior Manager of Finance Analytics & Corporate Reporting. Prior to Procore, Susan worked at Climb Credit from June 2016 to January 2021, where responsibilities included leading an analytics engineering team, developing ETL pipelines, and creating interactive dashboards. Susan's career also includes roles at Bridgewater Associates and Cornerstone Research, involving data validation and quantitative analysis. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from Williams College and is a recipient of the National Critical Language Scholarship from the U.S. Department of State.
