Joe Fitzpatrick

Joe Fitzpatrick has experience in customer care, recruitment, and support roles. Currently holding the title of Senior Customer Care Specialist at Procreate since January 2018, Joe works on improving the customer support service provided. Prior to this, Joe worked at Latook Software as a Customer Care Specialist, Recruitment Officer, Support Officer, and Copywriter from August 2022 to February 2023. Joe pursued a degree in Behavioral Sciences at the University of Tasmania from 2016 - 2018, but it remains incomplete.
