Adya is an experienced IT Recruiter Specialist at Procter & Gamble since June 2025, previously serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Boston Consulting Group from September 2024 to June 2025. Prior to BCG, Adya worked as an Associate Lead in Talent Acquisition at Infosys from April 2022 to September 2024 and completed a Human Resources Summer Internship at Arihant Industrial Corporation Limited in June 2021. Adya holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (2020 - March 2022) and a BA (Hons) in Business Economics from Gargi College (2017 - 2020).
