Albert So is an experienced R&D professional with a strong background in product innovation and development within the baby care, skin care, and personal cleansing categories. Currently serving as the R&D Director for Baby Care in the Asia Pacific Region at Procter & Gamble since 2005, Albert has led various initiatives, including the innovation of premium diapers and the global replatforming of pants.
