Anand Simon

Anand Simon is currently the Europe Regional Material Development and Supply Organizational lead, focusing on material savings projects and supporting new product launches, while also serving as the Europe Femcare coordinator for Quality and Audits since January 2023. Previously, Anand completed a master thesis at Procter & Gamble, where they developed a concept for automating end-of-line operations and managed a $1 million project. Anand gained invaluable experience through various internships, including implementing a digitization tool to enhance production efficiency and working as an intern at NTPC Limited and AST Meditech. Anand holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rhine-Waal University.
