Beril Karan

Beril Karan is an HR Manager at Procter & Gamble, specializing in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives. They previously held various roles within Procter & Gamble, including HR Business Partner and HR Initiatives Leader, where they managed multiple HR functions and developed organizational strategies. Beril also gained experience as a Student Guide at Middle East Technical University and completed internships in HR and marketing at organizations such as BAT and Bright Network.
