Beth Mason is a creative and enthusiastic design leader with a strong background in transforming aesthetic leadership within large organizations. Previously, they served as the Director of Marketing and Product Development for Galerie Au Chocolat and held various leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, including Design Leader for product aesthetics in Feminine Care and Baby Care. Additionally, they were instrumental in the international product development at Saturday Knight Limited and led design initiatives at Brazos Sportswear. Beth earned a Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Art, Architecture, and Planning. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Design Director at P&G Ventures.
