Brian Bachman

Brian Bachman is the Director of Global Engineering for P&G Chemicals at Procter & Gamble, where they lead engineering for global operations and manage a substantial capital budget to support sustainability goals. They previously held various leadership roles within Procter & Gamble, including Global MPD Director and R&D Director for P&G Chemicals Eurasia, where they focused on technical standards and capability building. Brian started their career at Ashland Chemicals, where they gained extensive experience in process engineering and plant management. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA in Management Policy from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management.
