Gerrell Johnson

Gerrell Johnson, MBA, is a results-driven and process-focused Engineering Leader currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager for NA Home Care at Procter & Gamble. Gerrell has played pivotal roles in various capacities, such as Quality Control Supervisor and Production Supervisor at PepsiCo, where they improved safety metrics and led significant cost-saving projects. Previously, Gerrell was a Quality Process Manager at Kellogg Company, overseeing quality and food safety measures in manufacturing. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and an MBA from Louisiana State University, along with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Purdue University.
