Gray Bertelsen is currently a Startup and Launch Leader in the Pampers and Luvs Diaper division at Procter & Gamble's manufacturing site in Box Elder, Utah. They graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah in Spring 2016. From 2021 to 2024, Gray held various engineering roles at Procter & Gamble, including serving as a Diaper Making Process Engineer, where they led the startup of a new diaper department and held multiple leadership positions. They also coordinated large projects as a Startup Engineer and contributed to process improvements in Paper Making. Prior to their time at Procter & Gamble, Gray interned as a Process Engineering Intern at PK Clean, working with recycled plastics.
