Jen Seiser

Jen Seiser is a Senior Design Director for North America Oral Care at Procter & Gamble, where they lead the design for the Crest and Oral-B portfolio, focusing on brand-building and consumer experience. With nearly two decades of experience at Procter & Gamble, Jen has held various leadership positions, including Senior Global Design Manager and Principal Global Design Manager, shaping some of the world’s most iconic brands. Jen also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati's DAAP School of Design, where they developed a branding course to connect theory with practical application for students. They hold an MBA in Marketing from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
