Jo Shearsmith is currently the Engineering Director for Global Shave Care, overseeing Assembly, PC&IS, and Sustainability at Procter & Gamble. They have previously held various leadership roles within Procter & Gamble, including UK & Ireland Market Planning Group Leader and Director of Process & Engineering for Grooming. Jo has also worked as a Factory Planning Manager at United Biscuits and as a European Supply Planner at Gillette. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of Plymouth and are continuing their education through Remarkable Leadership by Remarkable Women.
