Justyna Rawicka

Justyna Rawicka is a Senior Project Manager at Procter & Gamble, where they lead new initiatives and automation projects, manage budgets and risks, and communicate with stakeholders. Justyna previously gained experience as a Project Manager in New Initiatives and has held various roles, including quality control at Whirlpool Corporation, administrative assistant at Pulp-Tec Sp. z o.o. Sp. K., and testing at OVER Group. Justyna holds a Master’s degree in Production Management and Engineering as well as a Bachelor's degree in Nanotechnology, both from Politechnika Łódzka. Their early experience includes an internship at PPHU Kompensator, where they analyzed technical documents and ensured quality in production processes.
