Nickolas Chen

Nickolas Chen is currently the Intelligent Controls and Automation Leader at Procter & Gamble, where they oversee the oral care Crest toothpaste making operations. Previously, they served as a Process Leader in the same division. Nickolas gained valuable experience as an Operations Intern at Oxbow and as both a Facilities Planning Intern and a US Natural Gas Innovation Intern at TC Energy. Additionally, they worked as a Teaching Assistant for two courses at Rice University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering with a computational focus.
