Philippe Benros

Philippe Benros is the Engineering & Innovation Director at Procter & Gamble, where they focus on digitized and lean manufacturing excellence in pharmaceutical and FMCG operations. With extensive experience leading packaging technology engineering and process scale-up efforts, Philippe has achieved significant milestones, including a $300 million growth from the Global FemCare Package reinvention. They manage a team of 40 engineers and have held various leadership roles in engineering and innovation across multiple P&G categories. Philippe holds a degree in Mechanical Industrial Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech.
