Randy Marsh

Principal Scientist

Randy Marsh, PhD, is currently the Director and Principal Scientist at Procter & Gamble, where they focus on developing skin protection and cleaning technologies for infants. With a robust background in skin biology and formulated products, Randy has extensive experience in R&D and upstream technology development, emphasizing safe solutions for delicate skin. Prior to their current role, they served as a Senior Scientist and Scientist at Procter & Gamble, developing methods for screening skin irritation. Additionally, Randy has held leadership positions, including Vice President of Programs for the Friends of Mineralogy Midwest Chapter. They earned a B.Sc. Honors in Zoology, an M.Sc. in Cell and Developmental Biology, and a PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Alberta and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.
