Rick Pollard is a polymer scientist and sustainability-focused engineer currently serving as the Director of iMFLUX Processing and Technology Development at Procter & Gamble. Previously, they held roles such as Lead Engineer with Toyota North America and Extrusion and Molding Engineer at Interplex Medical, LLC, where they developed complex catheter manufacturing processes. With a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering Technology from Shawnee State University, they have a strong foundation in materials science and engineering.
