Rob Ulmer is an experienced engineering leader with a robust background in capital project management and safety compliance. Currently serving as the Site Engineering Manager at Procter & Gamble since August 2008, Rob manages a team of 20 engineers and oversees health, safety, and environmental professionals in a large manufacturing facility. Previous roles include the Capital Effectiveness Program Manager, where Rob implemented Lean project methodologies, and as an experienced Project Manager responsible for multi-million dollar capital improvement projects.
