Ryan J. Smith, PhD, is a seasoned professional in fragrance innovation currently serving as an R&D Senior Scientist at Procter & Gamble. They previously held several roles at NC State University, including an Organic Chemistry Laboratory Instructor and an Undergraduate Research Supervisor, after earning a PhD in Chemistry. Ryan's early career involved positions as a Chemistry Research Assistant and a Scientist I at St. Jude Medical, among others.
